Participant Instructions:

Park in Lot 8 - 6.00 Cash or Credit card for the day.
Enter the Recreation, Athletics & Wellness Centre (RAWC) Proceed up the stairs to the William G. Davis Building, or proceed to the end the hall to access the elevator and take it up to the second floor.

• Bring what you need for yourself (ie -small pillow to sit on, water bottle, mints)
• No scents or strong soaps
• Bagged Lunch / or you can purchase from the Food Court
